The ASHCROFT 94607XLL is an analog industrial pressure gauge designed to measure system pressure from 0 to 400 psi. It features a 3.5-inch dial face, a lower-mount 1/4-inch MNPT connection, and a stainless steel case rated to IP54 and IP65/NEMA 4 enclosure standards. The Bourdon tube is 316 stainless steel, wetted parts are bronze, and the lens is polycarbonate. Accuracy is rated at 1 percent of full scale. This gauge is a dry (no-fill) unit suitable for general industrial and mechanical system monitoring. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, and industrial mechanics are the primary installers.
The 94607XLL is suited for residential and light commercial mechanical systems, hydronic heating loops, compressed air lines, water supply systems, and general industrial process piping where a compact, corrosion-resistant pressure gauge is required. The lower-mount MNPT connection allows direct installation into threaded taps on manifolds, headers, and pipe assemblies. The 3.5-inch dial provides clear analog readout in environments where remote instrumentation is not installed. No liquid fill means maintenance is simplified in non-pulsating or low-vibration applications.

Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, HVAC technician, or qualified mechanic following applicable local codes and the International Fuel Gas Code or International Plumbing Code as appropriate to the system. Depressurize and isolate the system completely before removing or installing the gauge. Apply thread sealant appropriate to the process media to the MNPT threads before installation. Do not over-tighten the brass or steel fitting into the gauge port, as this can damage the socket and affect accuracy.
