The ASHCROFT 94605XLL is an industrial-grade analog pressure gauge designed for continuous monitoring in demanding process and mechanical systems. It features a 3.5-inch dial with a 0 to 300 psi measurement range and delivers 1% of scale accuracy, making it suitable for applications where reliable pressure indication is essential. The gauge uses a 316 stainless steel Bourdon tube as its sensing element, housed in a 304/316 stainless steel case with a polycarbonate lens. A 1/4-inch MNPT lower-mount connection allows straightforward inline installation on pipes, manifolds, or equipment ports. The unit is non-liquid-filled. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, and industrial maintenance techs commonly specify this gauge for both new installations and replacements.
This gauge is suited for residential and light commercial plumbing systems, HVAC refrigerant or hydronic circuits, compressor monitoring, and general industrial process lines where pressures up to 300 psi must be tracked continuously. The lower-mount MNPT connection integrates cleanly into standard threaded pipe assemblies. Its stainless steel case and polycarbonate lens provide durability in wet or corrosive environments, supported by IP54 and IP65/NEMA 4 ingress protection ratings. Bronze wetted parts are appropriate for use with water, air, oil, and many common process media.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation pressure gauge for industrial, HVAC, plumbing, and process systems using standard 1/4-inch MNPT threaded connections with operating pressures up to 300 psi.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, HVAC technician, or qualified industrial maintenance professional. Depressurize and isolate the system completely before removing any existing gauge or installing this unit. Apply appropriate thread sealant to the MNPT connection per local plumbing code requirements; do not overtighten, as this can damage the gauge socket. Verify that the process media is compatible with bronze wetted parts and stainless steel before commissioning.
