The ASHCROFT 94600XLL is an industrial-grade analog pressure gauge designed for accurate pressure monitoring in a wide range of process and mechanical systems. It features a 3.5-inch dial with a 0 to 100 psi range and 1 percent of scale accuracy, making it suitable for applications where reliable readings are essential. The gauge is built with a 304/316 stainless steel case and a 316 stainless steel Bourdon tube for corrosion resistance. Bronze wetted parts and a polycarbonate lens round out a construction package suited to demanding industrial environments. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, and industrial service professionals are the typical installers of this gauge.
This gauge is applied across residential, commercial, and light industrial settings wherever pressure monitoring is required on water, air, gas, or compatible fluid systems. The lower-mount 1/4-inch MNPT connection allows direct installation into threaded ports on pipelines, manifolds, pressure vessels, and equipment panels. The no-fill, dry-dial design keeps maintenance simple and eliminates concerns about liquid filler compatibility in temperature-sensitive or food-adjacent environments. The Series 1009 gauge is a standard choice for panel mounting and inline pressure checks on HVAC, plumbing, and general process lines.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation pressure gauge for industrial, HVAC, and plumbing systems requiring a 1/4-inch MNPT lower-mount connection and a 3.5-inch dial format in the 0 to 100 psi range.
Installation is typically performed by licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, or qualified industrial maintenance personnel in accordance with applicable local codes and IPC or IFGC guidelines. Shut off system pressure and relieve residual pressure in the line before removing or installing any gauge. Use an appropriate thread sealant or PTFE tape on the MNPT threads and tighten to snug-plus-hand-tight without over-torquing the case. Do not use this gauge on systems containing fluids incompatible with bronze or stainless steel wetted components.
