The ASHCROFT 94599XLL is an industrial-grade analog pressure gauge designed for accurate pressure measurement in demanding commercial and industrial applications. It features a 3.5-inch dial with a 0 to 100 psi range and delivers 1% of scale accuracy. The gauge uses a Bourdon tube mechanism and connects via a 1/4-inch MNPT lower-mount fitting. The stainless steel case (grades 304 and 316) and polycarbonate lens protect internal components, while bronze wetted parts provide reliable service across a range of media. This is a dry, non-liquid-filled gauge suitable for general-purpose pressure monitoring.
The 94599XLL is suited for residential and commercial HVAC systems, plumbing test applications, compressed air lines, and general industrial piping where a durable, panel-ready pressure gauge is required. The lower-mount configuration positions the process connection at the bottom of the gauge, making it compatible with direct pipe-mount installations where the gauge face needs to be read at eye level from the front. Install and service this gauge only after isolating and depressurizing the system at the point of connection. Use appropriate thread sealant on the MNPT fitting and avoid over-tightening, which can damage the threaded socket or distort the Bourdon tube connection. Plumbers and HVAC technicians should follow applicable IPC and IFGC guidelines for pressure gauge installation on gas or fluid systems. Do not exceed the rated maximum pressure of 100 psi.
