The ASHCROFT 94594XLL is an industrial-grade analog pressure gauge designed for reliable pressure monitoring in mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and process piping systems. The gauge features a 3.5-inch dial face with a 0 to 15 psi range, making it well suited for low-pressure gas and liquid service. The stainless steel case is rated to IP54 and IP65/NEMA 4, providing solid protection against dust and water ingress in demanding field environments. Accuracy is rated at 1 percent of full scale, meeting typical industrial requirements. The Bourdon tube is 316 stainless steel, and wetted parts are bronze. A polycarbonate lens protects the dial face. Installation requires no liquid fill.
This gauge is used in commercial and industrial applications where low-range pressure monitoring is needed on pipelines, equipment panels, HVAC systems, and fluid handling systems. The lower-mount 1/4-inch MNPT connection allows direct pipe or manifold installation with the dial facing upward or forward for easy reading. The non-liquid-filled design keeps installation straightforward and eliminates concerns about filler fluid compatibility. HVAC technicians, pipefitters, and industrial maintenance professionals commonly install this gauge on systems requiring consistent, visible pressure indication at the point of service.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-install industrial pressure gauge for systems with a 1/4-inch MNPT lower-mount port requiring 0 to 15 psi range indication.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pipefitter, HVAC technician, or industrial mechanic. Isolate and depressurize the system fully before removing or installing any pressure gauge. Apply appropriate thread sealant to the MNPT connection in accordance with local codes and the system fluid type. Do not over-torque the gauge body, as damage to the Bourdon tube or case threads may result in a failed seal.
