The ASHCROFT 94593XLL is an analog industrial pressure gauge designed for monitoring system pressure in a wide range of commercial and industrial fluid applications. It covers a range of 0 to 15 psi and features a 3.5-inch dial for clear readability in the field. The case is constructed from 304/316 stainless steel, and the wetted parts are bronze, making the gauge suitable for use with many common process media. The Bourdon tube is 316 stainless steel. Accuracy is rated at 1 percent of full scale. The polycarbonate lens protects the dial face from dust and moisture. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and industrial maintenance technicians are the typical installers.
This gauge is suited for residential and light commercial plumbing, HVAC, and industrial piping systems where low-pressure monitoring up to 15 psi is required. The 0.25-pound gauge connects via a 1/4-inch MNPT lower-mount fitting, allowing direct inline installation at the base of the gauge. The no-fill, dry design keeps maintenance simple. Its compact dial size and lower-mount configuration make it practical for panel installations and tight equipment spaces where a readable analog display is preferred over a digital readout.

Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, HVAC technician, or qualified industrial maintenance technician in accordance with applicable codes such as the IPC or IFGC. Depressurize and isolate the system completely before removing or installing the gauge. Apply thread sealant tape or compound to the MNPT threads per standard practice, and avoid over-tightening the threaded fitting, which can damage the socket or process connection. Verify that the gauge pressure range is appropriate for the operating pressure of the system before placing it in service.
