The ASHCROFT 94589XLL is an analog industrial pressure gauge designed for continuous pressure monitoring in demanding trade and industrial applications. The gauge features a 2.5-inch dial with a 0 to 400 psi range and delivers 1% of scale accuracy, making it suitable for systems where reliable readings matter. The stainless steel case is rated to IP54 and IP65/NEMA 4, providing solid protection against dust and moisture ingress. Bronze wetted parts and a 316 stainless steel Bourdon tube resist corrosion in common fluid and gas service. A polycarbonate lens protects the dial face. This gauge is installed by licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and industrial mechanics across a range of piping and equipment applications.

This gauge is suited for residential and commercial mechanical systems where lower-mount installation is required. The 1/4-inch MNPT lower-mount connection threads directly into standard pipe fittings, manifolds, and pressure taps. It is a dry (no-fill) gauge, appropriate for non-pulsating or lightly pulsating service without the need for glycerin or silicone fill.
