The ASHCROFT 94585XLL is an analog industrial pressure gauge designed for monitoring system pressure in a wide range of commercial and industrial applications. It features a 2.5-inch dial with a measurement range of 0 to 200 psi and a 1/4-inch MNPT lower-mount connection for direct inline installation. The stainless steel case is rated to IP54 and IP65/NEMA 4 ingress protection standards, making it suitable for environments with moisture, dust, or wash-down exposure. Accuracy is rated at 1 percent of full scale. The Bourdon tube is 316 stainless steel, and the wetted parts are bronze, providing reliable compatibility across a broad range of media.
This gauge is suited for use in HVAC systems, plumbing, compressed air, and general industrial fluid and gas service where a lower-mount, dry-fill analog gauge is specified. The lower-mount configuration positions the process connection at the 6 o'clock position on the gauge body, a common layout for pipe or manifold installations where face-forward readability is required. It is a no-fill, non-liquid-filled gauge appropriate for vibration-low applications or where fluid-filled gauges are not permitted by specification.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation analog pressure gauge for industrial, HVAC, plumbing, and compressed air systems requiring a 1/4-inch MNPT lower-mount connection and a 0 to 200 psi range.
Installation is typically performed by a licensed plumber, HVAC technician, or industrial pipefitter. Shut off and depressurize the system fully before removing an existing gauge or installing a new one. Apply thread sealant or PTFE tape to the male threads per applicable IPC or IFGC guidelines before tightening. Do not use the gauge dial or case as a wrench grip; apply torque only at the hex fitting.
