The ASHCROFT 94577XLL is an analog industrial pressure gauge designed to measure system pressure from 0 to 30 psi. Built around a 316 stainless steel Bourdon tube and housed in a 304/316 stainless steel case, this gauge delivers 1% of scale accuracy across its full range. The 2.5 inch dial provides clear readability in field conditions. Bronze wetted parts make it suitable for a wide range of compatible media. The lower mount, 1/4 inch MNPT connection allows direct installation into standard threaded ports. This is a dry (non-liquid-filled) gauge suited for applications where vibration damping is not required. HVAC techs, plumbers, and mechanical contractors install this type of gauge for system monitoring and diagnostic work.
The ASHCROFT 94577XLL is appropriate for residential and commercial mechanical systems where low-range pressure monitoring is needed. Typical applications include compressed air lines, water supply systems, HVAC hydronic loops, and general process piping operating at or below 30 psi. The lower mount configuration suits panel-mount and inline installations where the process connection enters from the bottom. This gauge is not liquid filled and is best suited for stable-pressure environments with minimal vibration or pulsation.
Designed as an OEM-style industrial pressure gauge for use in mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and process systems requiring a 1/4 inch MNPT lower mount connection and a 0 to 30 psi measurement range.
Installation is typically performed by a licensed plumber, HVAC technician, or pipefitter. Shut off system pressure and bleed the line to zero before installing or removing the gauge. Apply appropriate thread sealant to the MNPT fitting per local code and manufacturer guidance. Do not over-torque the brass or bronze fitting; use a wrench on the hex of the gauge body, not on the case.
