The ASHCROFT 94475 is a liquid-filled industrial pressure gauge designed for accurate pressure monitoring in demanding service environments. It features a 2.5-inch analog dial with a 0 to 60 psi range and delivers 1% of scale accuracy. The gauge uses a 316 stainless steel Bourdon tube and a 304/316 stainless steel case, making it well suited for applications involving corrosive media or wet environments. The polycarbonate lens resists impact and chemical exposure. Liquid fill dampens pointer vibration and protects internal components from pulsating pressure. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, and mechanical contractors install this gauge during system commissioning and routine service.
This gauge is appropriate for residential and commercial plumbing, HVAC hydronic systems, compressed air lines, and light industrial process piping where a reliable local pressure indication is required. The lower-mount NPT connection simplifies installation on vertical pipe runs and manifold ports. The liquid-filled design is particularly useful on pumping systems and compressors where vibration and pressure spikes are common. Its stainless steel construction holds up in both indoor and outdoor installations.
Designed as an OEM-style or aftermarket replacement industrial pressure gauge for systems requiring a 1/4-inch NPT lower-mount connection and a 0 to 60 psi range. Meets CRN, IP54, IP65/NEMA 4, PED, and RoHS standards.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, pipefitter, or mechanical contractor in accordance with applicable local codes and the ASME B40.100 pressure gauge standard. Isolate and depressurize the system fully before removing the existing gauge or installing this one. Use an appropriate thread sealant rated for the service media on the NPT threads. Do not overtighten the connection; snug with a wrench to the fitting flats without stressing the gauge socket.
