The ASHCROFT 94339XLL is an industrial analog pressure gauge designed for accurate pressure measurement in demanding process and mechanical systems. It features a 3.5-inch dial with a 0 to 160 psi range and a 1 percent of scale accuracy rating. The case is constructed from 304 and 316 stainless steel, and all wetted parts are stainless steel, making it well suited for corrosive media and harsh environments. The Bourdon tube is 316 stainless steel. A polycarbonate lens protects the dial face. This gauge is not liquid-filled. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, and industrial pipe fitters are the typical installers for this type of instrument.

This gauge is intended for use in industrial piping systems, HVAC applications, plumbing systems, and process equipment where reliable pressure monitoring is required. The lower-mount, 0.25-inch MNPT connection makes it a direct-fit option for standard pipe taps and instrument manifolds in both commercial and industrial installations. Installation Notes

Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, pipefitter, or qualified HVAC technician in accordance with applicable local codes and the IFGC or IPC as relevant. Isolate and depressurize the system completely before removing any existing gauge or connecting the new gauge. Apply an appropriate thread sealant to the MNPT threads and tighten to the fitting using a wrench on the gauge hex, not on the case body. Verify there are no leaks before returning the system to service.
