It features a 3.5-inch dial with a 0 to 100 psi range and delivers 1% of scale accuracy, making it suitable for applications where reliable readings matter. The stainless steel case and stainless steel wetted parts — including a 316 stainless steel Bourdon tube — provide corrosion resistance for use with a wide variety of media. The lower-mount MNPT connection simplifies installation on standard process piping and equipment. Weighing 0.25 pounds, this gauge is compact and practical for permanent installation or field use by plumbers, pipefitters, HVAC technicians, and industrial maintenance professionals.
This gauge is suited for residential and light commercial HVAC systems, plumbing installations, compressed air systems, hydraulic circuits, and general industrial process lines where pressures up to 100 psi must be monitored. The lower-mount configuration positions the connection at the 6 o'clock position of the case, allowing direct in-line installation on pipes, manifolds, and pressure test ports. Depressurize and isolate the system completely before removing an existing gauge or installing a new one. Apply thread sealant or PTFE tape to the MNPT threads per standard practice, and hand-tighten before applying final torque with an appropriate wrench — do not over-torque, as this can damage the case or connection. Verify that the gauge pressure range is compatible with the maximum operating pressure of the system before commissioning.
