The ASHCROFT 94335XLL is an analog industrial pressure gauge designed for accurate pressure monitoring in demanding service environments. It features a 3.5-inch dial with a 0 to 15 psi range and delivers 1% of scale accuracy. The case is 304/316 stainless steel and all wetted parts are stainless steel, making this gauge suitable for corrosive media and harsh ambient conditions. The Bourdon tube is 316 stainless steel. The gauge is not liquid-filled, uses a polycarbonate lens, and connects via a 1/4-inch MNPT lower-mount fitting. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, and mechanical contractors install this gauge where a reliable, corrosion-resistant pressure indication is required.
This gauge is suited for residential and light commercial mechanical systems, industrial process lines, and utility piping where pressures do not exceed 15 psi. Lower-mount configuration positions the connection at the bottom of the case, which is standard for panel or pipe installations where the process connection is below the dial face. The no-fill design avoids complications with fill fluid compatibility or temperature-related expansion in typical low-pressure applications.

Installation is typically performed by a licensed plumber or mechanical contractor in accordance with applicable local codes and ASME B40.100 gauge installation guidelines. Isolate and depressurize the system before removing or installing the gauge. Apply thread sealant to the MNPT threads per local code requirements and tighten only to the fitting hex — do not apply torque to the gauge case. Verify the process media is compatible with stainless steel wetted parts before placing the gauge in service.
