The ASHCROFT 94333 is an analog pressure gauge designed for monitoring system pressure in plumbing, HVAC, and industrial fluid applications. It features a 2.5-inch diameter dial with a measurement range of 0 to 600 psi and delivers 1 percent of scale accuracy. The stainless steel case provides corrosion resistance in demanding service environments. Connection is made via a 1/4-inch NPT lower mount fitting, positioning the gauge inline with vertical pipe runs. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and mechanical contractors install this gauge where continuous pressure monitoring is required on water, air, or compatible fluid systems.
The ASHCROFT 94333 is suited for residential and light commercial applications including water supply lines, compressed air systems, boiler loops, and hydronic heating circuits. The lower mount configuration simplifies direct pipe connection without additional adapters in most standard installations. The analog dial provides at-a-glance pressure readings without the need for external power or signal wiring, making it practical for fixed monitoring points throughout a mechanical system.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation gauge for residential and commercial systems requiring a 1/4-inch NPT lower mount analog pressure gauge rated to 600 psi.
Installation is typically performed by a licensed plumber or HVAC technician. De-pressurize and isolate the system before removing any existing gauge or connecting to the port. Apply thread sealant tape or pipe compound to the NPT threads in accordance with applicable IPC and IFGC guidelines. Do not over-tighten the threaded connection; use a wrench on the gauge hex fitting, not the dial case, to avoid damage to the internals.
