The ASHCROFT 94328 is an industrial pressure gauge designed for accurate pressure monitoring in demanding trade and mechanical applications. It features a 2.5-inch analog dial with a 0 to 100 psi range and delivers 1 percent of scale accuracy. The gauge uses a 316 stainless steel Bourdon tube as its sensing element and is housed in a 304/316 stainless steel case with a polycarbonate lens. It mounts from the lower port using a 1/4-inch NPT male connection. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, and mechanical contractors install this gauge on pipelines, pressure systems, and equipment where reliable, readable pressure indication is required.
The ASHCROFT 94328 is suited for residential and commercial mechanical systems where a compact, durable pressure gauge is needed. Its stainless steel construction makes it appropriate for installations involving water, steam, air, gas, or mildly corrosive media. The lower-mount NPT configuration fits standard pipe fittings and panel installations common in plumbing, HVAC, and industrial process lines. This gauge is not liquid-filled, making it a straightforward dry-service instrument for stable, low-vibration environments.
Designed as an OEM-style or replacement industrial pressure gauge for systems using a lower-mount 1/4-inch NPT connection and requiring a 0 to 100 psi dry analog gauge with a 2.5-inch dial.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, HVAC technician, or qualified mechanical contractor. Shut off and depressurize the system completely before removing or installing any pressure gauge. Apply thread sealant or PTFE tape to the NPT threads per the applicable piping code, taking care not to over-apply sealant that could block the pressure port. Avoid installing this dry gauge on systems with significant pulsation or vibration without a snubber or isolator, as these conditions can shorten service life.
