The ASHCROFT 94327XLL is an analog industrial pressure gauge designed to measure pressure from 0 to 60 psi in mechanical systems. It features a 2.5-inch dial with a lower-mount 1/4-inch MNPT connection, making it a direct-fit choice for pipe-mounted applications. The case and wetted parts are stainless steel, with a 304/316 stainless steel case and 316 stainless steel Bourdon tube. A polycarbonate lens provides clear readability while resisting common shop contaminants. Accuracy is rated at 1% of scale. This gauge is dry (no liquid fill) and is installed by licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and industrial service technicians.
This gauge is suited for residential and commercial plumbing, HVAC systems, compressed air lines, and general industrial process piping where reliable pressure monitoring is required. The lower-mount configuration threads directly into a pipe fitting or manifold from the bottom of the gauge, keeping the dial face forward-facing and readable in panel or inline installations. The stainless steel construction makes it appropriate for mildly corrosive media and washdown environments where carbon steel gauges would degrade.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation analog pressure gauge for industrial, commercial, and residential systems requiring a 1/4-inch MNPT lower-mount gauge rated to 60 psi.
Install and service this gauge with the system fully depressurized and isolated from the pressure source before making or breaking any threaded connections. Apply thread sealant or PTFE tape to the MNPT threads per IPC and IFGC guidelines for the media being monitored. Do not over-tighten the gauge body; use an appropriately sized wrench on the hex fitting only, not on the gauge case. Verify gauge range is appropriate for the operating pressure of the system before returning the line to service.
