The ASHCROFT 94325 is an analog industrial pressure gauge designed for monitoring system pressure in a wide range of mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC applications. It features a 2.5-inch diameter dial with a 0 to 15 psi range and delivers 1 percent of scale accuracy. The stainless steel case houses a 316 stainless steel Bourdon tube, and the polycarbonate lens protects the dial face in demanding environments. The lower-mount, 1/4-inch NPT connection allows direct inline installation on pipes, manifolds, and equipment panels. This gauge is not liquid filled, making it straightforward to install and maintain in dry-service applications.
This gauge is suited for light-pressure monitoring in residential and commercial mechanical systems, including low-pressure gas lines, water supply, compressed air, and hydronic heating circuits. The lower-mount NPT configuration is commonly used on equipment panels, test ports, and service valves where a straight stem connection is required. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, and pipefitters install this type of gauge as part of routine system instrumentation and pressure testing setups.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation industrial pressure gauge for systems using a 1/4-inch lower-mount NPT connection and requiring a 0 to 15 psi measurement range.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, pipefitter, or HVAC technician in accordance with applicable local codes and the IFGC or IPC where relevant. Depressurize and isolate the system before connecting or removing the gauge. Apply thread sealant or PTFE tape to the NPT threads per standard practice, and do not overtighten the brass or steel fitting. Verify that the process media is compatible with stainless steel wetted parts before installation.
