It features a 2.5-inch analog dial with a 0 to 3000 psi range and delivers 1% of scale accuracy. The gauge uses a 316 stainless steel Bourdon tube paired with a 304/316 stainless steel case and stainless steel wetted parts, making it well suited for corrosive media and harsh service environments. The polycarbonate lens and no-fill construction keep the unit lightweight and straightforward to service. Licensed plumbers, pipefitters, and HVAC technicians are the primary installers on process piping, refrigeration, and hydraulic systems.

Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, pipefitter, or qualified HVAC technician in accordance with applicable local codes and ASME B40.100 gauge installation guidelines. Isolate and fully depressurize the system before removing any existing gauge or fitting the new gauge into the port. Apply an appropriate thread sealant to the MNPT threads and hand-tighten before using a wrench on the hex flats — never apply torque to the gauge case or dial. Verify the system pressure range does not exceed the gauge maximum before returning the system to service.
