The ASHCROFT 94232 is an analog industrial pressure gauge designed for demanding fluid and gas system monitoring across commercial and industrial applications. It features a 2.5-inch dial with a 0 to 2000 psi range and delivers 1% of scale accuracy, making it a reliable instrument for process systems where precise pressure readings are required. The stainless steel case and polycarbonate lens provide durability in wet, corrosive, and wash-down environments. The gauge uses a 316 stainless steel Bourdon tube for wetted parts compatibility with a wide range of media. Licensed plumbers, pipefitters, mechanical contractors, and industrial service technicians install and maintain this gauge in piping and process systems.
The ASHCROFT 94232 is suited for residential, commercial, and industrial piping systems where accurate pressure monitoring is required. It mounts from the lower connection port via a 1/4-inch NPT thread, positioning the dial face forward for easy inline reading. Typical applications include boiler systems, pump stations, compressed air lines, hydraulic circuits, and chemical process piping. It is not liquid filled, which suits applications where vibration is minimal and static pressure readings are the primary need.

Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, pipefitter, or qualified mechanical technician. Depressurize and isolate the system completely before removing an existing gauge or installing this unit. Apply appropriate thread sealant or PTFE tape to the NPT threads per the system fluid compatibility requirements. Do not over-torque the gauge body when threading into the fitting; use a wrench on the hex of the process connection only, not on the case, to avoid damaging internal components.
