The ASHCROFT 94215 is a liquid-filled industrial pressure gauge designed for accurate pressure monitoring in demanding service environments. It features a 2.5-inch analog dial with a 0 to 3000 psi range and delivers 1% of scale accuracy. The case is constructed from 304/316 stainless steel, and the Bourdon tube is 316 stainless steel, making it suitable for corrosive or high-vibration applications. The liquid-filled design dampens needle oscillation caused by pressure spikes or system vibration. A 1/4-inch NPT lower-mount connection allows direct inline or panel installation. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and industrial maintenance professionals typically install and service this gauge.
This gauge is suited for residential and commercial plumbing systems, HVAC refrigerant circuits, hydraulic lines, compressed air systems, and general industrial process piping where pressure readings up to 3000 psi must be monitored continuously. The lower-mount NPT connection is standard in most process and utility piping configurations. The polycarbonate lens protects the dial face while maintaining readability in wet or dusty environments. The liquid fill helps maintain accurate readings even where continuous system pulsation is present.
Designed as an OEM-style or replacement industrial pressure gauge for process piping, HVAC, hydraulic, and compressed air systems using a standard 1/4-inch NPT lower-mount connection with operating pressures up to 3000 psi.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, HVAC technician, or qualified industrial maintenance professional. Depressurize and isolate the system completely before removing an existing gauge or installing this unit. Use appropriate thread sealant on the NPT connection and tighten to the fitting manufacturer's recommendation without over-torquing the stainless steel threads. Verify system operating pressure does not exceed the 3000 psi maximum range of this gauge.
