The ASHCROFT 93754XLL is a process industrial pressure gauge designed for demanding commercial and industrial applications. It features a 4.5-inch analog dial with a measurement range of 0 to 400 psi and delivers 0.5% of scale accuracy, making it suitable for systems where precise pressure monitoring is critical. The gauge uses a 1/4-inch MNPT rear connection and mounts via a rear flange configuration. Stainless steel wetted parts resist corrosion in harsh process media, while the aluminum case keeps overall weight low at 2.5 pounds. A glass lens provides a clear, durable display face. This gauge is used in process piping, industrial fluid systems, compressed air lines, and hydraulic circuits where a rear-flange panel-mount configuration is required. The rear flange mount allows direct panel or bulkhead installation with a clean front-face appearance. Installation is typically performed by a licensed pipefitter, industrial plumber, or qualified HVAC technician. Depressurize and isolate the system before removing any existing gauge or fitting. Apply appropriate thread sealant to the 1/4-inch MNPT threads per site or code requirements, and tighten using a wrench on the gauge hex fitting — do not apply torque through the case body. Verify the process medium and pressure range are within the gauge specifications before returning the system to service.
