It features a 4.5-inch analog dial with a 0 to 100 psi range and delivers 0.5% of scale accuracy, making it suitable for systems where reliable readings matter. The aluminum case houses stainless steel wetted parts, offering corrosion resistance against a wide range of process media. The gauge connects via a 1/4-inch MNPT rear entry fitting and mounts using the integrated rear flange. It is a non-liquid-filled unit with a glass lens. Licensed HVAC, plumbing, and industrial service technicians are the typical installers.
This gauge is used in residential and commercial process piping, HVAC systems, compressed air lines, water treatment, and general industrial pressure monitoring. The rear flange mount configuration allows panel or wall-mount installation where the dial faces outward for clear visibility. Apply appropriate thread sealant to the MNPT connection and tighten to the fitting manufacturer's recommended engagement — do not over-torque the aluminum case. The rear flange must be secured to the mounting surface before pressurizing the system.
