The ASHCROFT 93113XLL is a process industrial pressure gauge designed for demanding commercial and industrial applications. It features a 4.5-inch analog dial with a 0 to 300 psi measurement range and delivers 0.5% of scale accuracy, making it suitable for process monitoring where reliable readings matter. The gauge is dry (no liquid fill) and mounts via a 1/4-inch MNPT center back connection. The aluminum case keeps weight low at 2.5 pounds while the bronze wetted parts provide corrosion resistance in contact with measured media. A glass lens protects the dial face. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, and process technicians are the typical installers.
This gauge is used in residential and commercial process systems where a back-mount configuration is required, such as boiler rooms, compressed air lines, water supply headers, and industrial process piping. The center back mount orientation allows flush panel or pipe-tee installation where front or lower connections are not practical. The MNPT thread type makes it directly compatible with standard NPT female fittings found throughout plumbing and HVAC systems. The 4.5-inch dial size provides clear readability at typical service distances.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-install process pressure gauge for systems using standard 1/4-inch MNPT center back mount fittings in commercial and industrial plumbing, HVAC, and process piping applications.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, pipefitter, or HVAC technician in accordance with applicable local codes. Isolate and depressurize the line fully before removing any existing gauge or fitting. Apply thread sealant tape or compound to the male NPT threads per IPC and manufacturer guidelines, and avoid over-tightening to prevent case distortion. Do not exceed the rated maximum pressure of 300 psi on this gauge.
