The ASHCROFT 93107XLL is an analog pressure gauge designed for accurate pressure measurement in plumbing, HVAC, and industrial process applications. It features a 4.5-inch dial face for easy readability, a 0 to 15 psi pressure range, and 0.5% of scale accuracy. The case is constructed from aluminum, and the wetted parts are bronze, making it a reliable choice for water, air, and compatible fluid service. This gauge mounts via a center back connection using a 1/4-inch NPT thread. It is a dry, no-fill gauge with an analog dial, suitable for stable, non-pulsating pressure monitoring. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and pipefitters install this type of gauge during system commissioning and maintenance.
This gauge is well suited for low-pressure systems in residential and light commercial settings, including domestic water supply lines, compressed air systems, hydronic heating loops, and boiler monitoring applications. The 4.5-inch dial size makes it a preferred choice where panel-mount or back-wall installations require clear, at-a-glance pressure readings. Center back mount configuration positions the connection at the rear center of the case, allowing flush or panel-mounted installations without front or lower port obstructions. The bronze wetted parts provide adequate corrosion resistance for common water and air service.
Designed as an OEM-style or replacement analog pressure gauge for residential and light commercial plumbing, HVAC, hydronic, and compressed air systems requiring a center back mount, 1/4-inch NPT connection, and a 0 to 15 psi range.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or qualified HVAC technician. Isolate and depressurize the system fully before removing any existing gauge or making new connections. Apply thread sealant tape or pipe dope appropriate for the service fluid to the 1/4-inch NPT male threads before installation. Torque the connection by hand and finish with a wrench, taking care not to over-tighten and crack the gauge socket or case.
