The ASHCROFT 91547XLL is a process industrial pressure gauge designed for demanding industrial and commercial applications. It features a 4.5-inch analog dial with a measurement range of 0 to 400 psi and delivers 0.5% of scale accuracy. The gauge is constructed with an aluminum case and stainless steel wetted parts, providing corrosion resistance in process environments. The no-fill design keeps maintenance requirements low. A glass lens protects the dial face. This gauge is typically installed by licensed pipefitters, HVAC technicians, or industrial maintenance professionals working on process piping, fluid systems, or mechanical equipment.
This gauge is suited for process industrial installations in both commercial and industrial settings where a reliable, permanent pressure-monitoring point is required. The rear flange mount configuration allows direct panel or pipe-wall mounting without additional adapters in many standard setups. The 0.5-inch MNPT threaded connection mates with standard male NPT process connections. Installation should be performed by a qualified pipefitter or licensed mechanical technician. Depressurize and isolate the system before removing any existing gauge or fitting the new gauge into service. Apply appropriate thread sealant to the MNPT connection per site or code requirements — do not overtighten, as aluminum and stainless gauge bodies can be damaged by excessive torque. Verify that the operating pressure of the system does not exceed the maximum rated range of 400 psi during normal or transient conditions.
