The ASHCROFT 82112XLL is an industrial analog pressure gauge designed for accurate pressure measurement in demanding process and mechanical applications. It features a 2.5-inch dial with a 0 to 1500 psi range and delivers 1% of scale accuracy. The case and wetted parts are constructed from stainless steel, with the Bourdon tube fabricated from 316 stainless steel for corrosion resistance. The polycarbonate lens protects the dial face. This gauge is not liquid-filled, making it a straightforward dry-service instrument installed by licensed pipefitters, HVAC technicians, or plumbing professionals wherever reliable pressure monitoring is required.
The 82112XLL is suited for industrial and commercial installations where a compact, back-mount gauge is needed on piping, manifolds, or pressure vessels. The center back mount configuration with a 1/4-inch MNPT connection allows direct in-line mounting on standard NPT-threaded ports. Typical applications include compressed air systems, hydraulic circuits, water supply lines, and process piping where stainless steel wetted parts are specified to resist corrosion or contamination. The dry-fill design keeps maintenance requirements minimal in clean-service environments.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation industrial pressure gauge for standard 1/4-inch MNPT center back mount applications in process, mechanical, and HVAC piping systems.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pipefitter, plumber, or HVAC technician in accordance with applicable local codes and the system manufacturer's specifications. Depressurize and isolate the system completely before removing or installing the gauge. Apply an appropriate thread sealant to the MNPT connection and tighten using a wrench on the hex body only — do not torque through the case. Verify the operating pressure range does not exceed the gauge maximum before returning the system to service.
