The ASHCROFT 61379S4LXLLV/60 is a process industrial pressure gauge designed for demanding commercial and industrial applications where accurate pressure measurement and corrosion resistance are required. This analog gauge features a 6-inch diameter dial with a 0 to 60 psi range and delivers 0.5% of scale accuracy. The case is aluminum construction, and all wetted parts are stainless steel for compatibility with a wide range of process media. The lens is glass. Connection is via a 1/2-inch MNPT lower mount fitting. The gauge ships dry with no liquid filler. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, pipefitters, and industrial maintenance professionals are the typical installers.
This gauge suits process and industrial installations where a large, easy-to-read 6-inch dial is needed for pressure monitoring in pipelines, headers, or equipment. The lower mount configuration positions the connection at the bottom of the gauge, making it well suited for vertical pipe runs and panel-mount installations. The aluminum case keeps weight manageable while the stainless steel wetted parts handle a broad range of process fluids and gases. It is rated to IP66 and NEMA 4X enclosure standards, making it appropriate for outdoor or washdown environments.
Designed as an OEM-style process industrial pressure gauge for use in commercial and industrial piping systems requiring a 1/2-inch MNPT lower mount connection and a 0 to 60 psi measurement range. CRN certified for applicable Canadian pressure vessel and piping applications.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pipefitter, plumber, or industrial maintenance technician in accordance with applicable local codes and ASME B40.100 pressure gauge standards. Depressurize and isolate the system completely before removing any existing gauge or installing this unit. Apply appropriate thread sealant to the MNPT connection and tighten to fitting manufacturer specifications using a wrench on the gauge hex — do not torque through the case body. In high-vibration or pulsating-pressure applications, consider adding a snubber or isolator to protect the gauge internals.
