The ASHCROFT 61379S4LXLLV/30 is an analog pressure gauge designed for compound pressure measurement, reading from -30 to 0 to 30 psi. The 6-inch dial provides clear readability at a distance, making it well suited for panel-mounted or pipe-mounted installations in mechanical rooms, process piping, and HVAC systems. The lower-mount configuration positions the process connection at the bottom center of the case, a common orientation for vertical pipe runs. Wetted parts are stainless steel for corrosion resistance, while the aluminum case keeps overall weight manageable. Accuracy is rated at 0.5 percent of scale. This gauge is installed by licensed plumbers, pipefitters, HVAC technicians, and industrial maintenance professionals.
This compound gauge is applicable in residential and light commercial mechanical systems where both positive and negative pressure readings are needed, such as suction-side monitoring on pump systems, refrigeration or chilled-water piping, and vacuum or low-pressure gas lines. The dry (no-fill) construction suits clean, non-pulsating service where liquid-filled dampening is not required. The 1/2-inch lower-mount thread connection fits standard NPT pipe fittings commonly found in these installations.
Designed as an OEM-style or replacement analog compound pressure gauge for residential, commercial, and light industrial piping systems requiring a 6-inch dial, lower-mount 1/2-inch NPT connection, and a -30 to 30 psi compound range.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, pipefitter, or qualified HVAC technician in accordance with applicable local codes and ASME B40.100 gauge installation guidelines. Depressurize and isolate the system before removing or installing the gauge. Use a suitable thread sealant on the NPT connection and avoid over-tightening, as this can damage the socket or case. Do not install in service with pulsating, high-vibration, or corrosive media without verifying suitability for those conditions.
