The ASHCROFT 61379S02LXLL160 is a process industrial pressure gauge built for demanding service environments. It features a 6-inch analog dial with a 0 to 160 psi range and delivers 0.5% of scale accuracy. The aluminum case houses stainless steel wetted parts, making it suitable for aggressive media where corrosion resistance matters. Connection is via a 1/4-inch MNPT lower-mount fitting. The glass lens provides a clear, durable viewing surface. This gauge is dry (no liquid fill) and rated to IP66 and NEMA 4X standards, qualifying it for wet and washdown locations. Licensed HVAC techs, plumbers, industrial pipefitters, and process technicians are the typical installers.
This gauge is well suited for process and industrial piping applications where a large-dial, high-visibility readout is required. The lower-mount configuration positions the process connection directly below the dial, a common arrangement in panel-mounted and pipe-mounted installations. Installation should be performed by a licensed pipefitter, plumber, or qualified technician in accordance with applicable local and national pressure piping codes. Isolate and depressurize the system completely before removing any existing gauge or installing this unit. Apply thread sealant appropriate for the media being measured to the MNPT threads before installation. Do not overtighten the process connection, as this can damage the Bourdon tube or crack the case.
