The ASHCROFT 601379S04LXLL60 is a process industrial pressure gauge designed for accurate pressure monitoring in demanding commercial and industrial applications. This analog gauge features a 6-inch dial with a 0 to 60 psi range and delivers 0.5% of scale accuracy. The case is constructed from aluminum, while all wetted parts are stainless steel, making it suitable for use with aggressive media or in corrosive environments. It mounts from the lower position via a 1/2-inch MNPT connection. The glass lens and dry, no-fill design keep maintenance requirements minimal. Licensed HVAC technicians, pipefitters, and industrial plumbers commonly specify this gauge for process piping and mechanical system monitoring.
This gauge is well suited for process piping systems, mechanical rooms, industrial plants, and commercial HVAC installations where a large, easy-to-read dial and reliable accuracy are required. Its lower-mount configuration fits standard panel and pipe-mounted installations. The stainless steel wetted parts extend service life in systems carrying water, steam, oils, or mild chemicals. It is a dry-fill gauge, so no liquid filler is present, which simplifies installation and reduces weight. The IP66 and NEMA 4X ratings make it appropriate for outdoor or washdown environments where moisture and dust ingress are a concern.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation pressure gauge for process industrial piping systems requiring a 1/2-inch MNPT lower-mount connection and a 6-inch dial format.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, pipefitter, or qualified instrumentation technician in accordance with applicable local mechanical codes and ASME B40.100 pressure gauge guidelines. Depressurize and isolate the system fully before removing an existing gauge or threading in the new connection. Apply an appropriate thread sealant to the 1/2-inch MNPT threads and tighten using a wrench on the hex fitting only — do not apply torque to the gauge case or dial. After installation, bring the system up to pressure gradually and inspect for leaks before returning to service.
