The ASHCROFT 601379S04LXLL2K is a process industrial pressure gauge built for demanding commercial and industrial applications. It features a 6-inch analog dial with a 0 to 2000 psi range, providing clear, accurate readings across high-pressure systems. The case is constructed from aluminum, while all wetted parts are stainless steel, making it suitable for use with aggressive media. Accuracy is rated at 0.5% of scale, which meets the requirements of most process monitoring and verification tasks. The gauge uses a glass lens and is supplied dry — no liquid fill. Licensed HVAC technicians, pipefitters, and industrial mechanics are the primary installers.
This gauge is designed for process and industrial piping systems where a large-diameter dial and robust construction are required. The lower-mount, 1/2-inch MNPT connection makes it compatible with standard threaded pipe taps and gauge ports in lower-entry configurations. It is well suited for installation on compressors, pump systems, pressure vessels, and industrial process lines operating up to 2000 psi. The stainless steel wetted parts support use in corrosive or sanitary process environments where carbon steel components would be inappropriate.
Designed as an OEM-style process pressure gauge for industrial piping systems, compressors, pressure vessels, and pump assemblies using standard 1/2-inch MNPT lower-mount gauge ports rated for pressures up to 2000 psi.
Installation should be performed by a licensed pipefitter, industrial mechanic, or qualified instrumentation technician. Isolate and depressurize the system completely before removing or installing any pressure gauge. Apply thread sealant compatible with the process media to the MNPT threads — do not overtighten, as this can distort the gauge socket. Verify the gauge range and wetted material compatibility with the process fluid before placing the system back into service.
