It features a 6-inch analog dial with a range of 0 to 3000 psi and a lower-mount 1/4-inch MNPT connection. The aluminum case keeps overall weight low at 3.13 pounds while the stainless steel wetted parts provide corrosion resistance in process fluid service. Accuracy is rated at 0.5 percent of scale, making it suitable for systems where repeatable pressure monitoring is required. A glass lens protects the dial face. This gauge ships dry with no liquid fill.
This gauge is suited for process piping, industrial equipment, and mechanical systems where a large-dial, high-accuracy pressure reading is needed at a glance. Installation is typically performed by a licensed plumber, pipefitter, or instrumentation technician. Isolate and depressurize the system fully before removing any existing gauge or fitting the new one. Apply appropriate thread sealant to the MNPT connection per the system fluid and applicable piping code — do not overtighten, as aluminum and stainless instrument fittings can be damaged by excessive torque. Verify the system's maximum operating pressure does not exceed the 3000 psi full-scale rating before placing the gauge in service.
