The ASHCROFT 601379A04LXLL60 is a 6-inch dial analog pressure gauge designed for direct lower-mount installation via a 1/2-inch NPT connection. It measures pressure from 0 to 60 psi and delivers 0.5% of scale accuracy, making it suitable for applications where reliable pressure readings are critical. The aluminum case keeps weight down while the bronze wetted parts provide corrosion resistance in contact with measured media. This is a dry-fill (no liquid-filled) gauge, weighing 3.13 pounds. It is installed by licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and mechanical contractors on piping, compressed air systems, water distribution lines, and other process or building utility systems.
This gauge is suited for commercial and industrial installations where a large, easy-to-read 6-inch dial is needed at a panel, manifold, or pipe riser. The lower mount configuration allows the gauge to sit upright when threaded directly into a bottom-entry port or tee fitting. Apply appropriate thread sealant or PTFE tape to the NPT threads and tighten to the fitting manufacturer's specification using a wrench on the gauge's hex fitting, not the case or dial. Avoid over-tightening, which can damage the bourdon tube or case threads.
