The ASHCROFT 251009S2BXLL800 is an industrial-grade analog pressure gauge designed to measure system pressure from 0 to 800 psi. It features a 2.5-inch dial with a 304/316 stainless steel case and stainless steel wetted parts, making it well suited for demanding environments where corrosion resistance is required. The Bourdon tube is constructed from 316 stainless steel. A polycarbonate lens protects the dial face. Accuracy is rated at 1 percent of scale. The gauge uses a center back mount configuration with a 0.25-inch MNPT connection and is a dry (non-liquid-filled) unit. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, and industrial service technicians install this type of gauge on pressurized systems to monitor operating pressure.
This gauge is appropriate for use in residential and commercial applications where a compact, corrosion-resistant pressure gauge is required. Typical installation scenarios include hydraulic systems, compressed air lines, water systems, and chemical process piping where stainless steel wetted parts are specified.
