The ASC Engineered Solutions 1DXE.NMC is a malleable iron galvanized reducing coupling designed to connect two threaded pipe runs of different sizes in a single inline fitting. It steps down from a 1-1/2 inch nominal female NPT thread to a 3/4 inch nominal female NPT thread, rated at 150 lb pressure class. The galvanized finish provides corrosion resistance for use in wet or exposed environments. This fitting is domestically manufactured and is installed by licensed plumbers and pipefitters working on gas, water, and general mechanical piping systems.
