The ASC ENGINEERED SOLUTIONS 8700126553 is a 3/8-inch 45-degree galvanized malleable iron elbow, also referred to as a 1/8 bend fitting. It is designed to redirect pipe runs at a 45-degree angle in low-pressure piping systems. The flat banded body conforms to Federal Specification WW-P-521F, ANSI B-16.3 for dimensions, ANSI B-2.1 for pipe threads, and ASTM A-197 for chemical and physical properties. Constructed from malleable iron with a galvanized finish, this fitting offers corrosion resistance suited for standard threaded piping installations.
