    completely ripoff company for their returns, %20 of the cost of merchandise taken. That is crazy

    I do not know because I never opened the box even!! All I know is it is a ripoff getting 20 percent off the bill for their pocket. That is not right and I make sure that I am heard on the internet on every review page about them.
