Armacell WBF8530006 is a water-based latex enamel finish supplied in 1 gallon containers for use over Armaflex and similar insulation. The coating provides a moisture-resistant protective finish for indoor and outdoor applications, with coverage of approximately 400 square feet per gallon and a water-cleanup formulation.

• Water-based pigmented acrylic latex enamel formulated for use over Armaflex insulation; supplied in 1 gal containers; coverage ≈ 400 sq ft/gal
• Suitable for indoor and outdoor use; moisture-, weather- and UV-resistant; applies by brush or roller and cleans up with soap and water
• Physical properties: pH 8.5–10; VOC 10 g/L; viscosity 100–130 KU; boiling point 212 F; freezing point 32 F; mild ammonia odor
