Product Description

Armacell APT11812 is a closed-cell elastomeric pipe insulation tube with a 1/2 in wall, 1-1/8 in inside diameter and 6 ft length. It is intended for HVAC, refrigeration, hot and cold water piping and general mechanical systems, providing thermal resistance (R Factor 3), condensation control and moisture resistance. The fiber-free, low-VOC material includes Microban antimicrobial protection and maintains thermal integrity from -297 to 220 deg F. The closed-cell structure eliminates the need for an additional vapor retarder for most applications.
