The ARLINGTON INDUSTRIES WB875 is a plastic wire bushing designed to protect wire and cable insulation at conduit ends, panel knockouts, and sheet metal openings. The bushing snaps into a round opening measuring 0.875 inches and creates a smooth, non-abrasive edge that prevents insulation damage where conductors pass through metal or plastic enclosures. Electricians and low-voltage installers use this type of bushing as a quick, code-conscious method to dress out rough-edged openings without additional tools.
This bushing is suited for residential and light commercial electrical work wherever wiring passes through panel enclosures, junction boxes, or metal studs. It is a single-piece snap-in fitting that works in new construction and retrofit applications. The 0.875-inch opening size fits standard knockout or drilled-hole diameters common in electrical panels and enclosures.
Designed as an OEM-style drop-in replacement wire bushing for 0.875-inch round openings in electrical enclosures, junction boxes, and metal framing applications.
Installation is performed by licensed electricians or qualified low-voltage technicians. De-energize the circuit or panel before inserting the bushing and routing conductors. The bushing snaps into place by pressing it firmly into the opening from the front face. Follow NEC requirements for conductor fill and protection at enclosure entries.
