The AQUATHERM 1040050988 1-1/2 Aquatherm Green Electrofusion Coupling, with a nominal size of 1-1/2 IN, utilizes electrofusion to join Aquatherm pipe. This coupling has heating element wires embedded in PP-R. Applying electrical current generates heat, melting the PPR of the coupling and pipe together, forming a fusion bond.
