Installation Notes

Installation should be performed by a qualified food service equipment technician. Before replacing the knob, power down the unit and allow all heating elements to cool completely. The knob typically slides or threads onto the thermostat shaft and may require a set screw to secure - verify the mounting method against your equipment service manual. Do not operate the unit without the knob properly seated, as accidental thermostat adjustment could result in unsafe operating temperatures.
