The APRILAIRE 310 is a MERV 11 pleated air filter designed for whole-home media air cleaners. Built with synthetic fiber media, it captures a broad range of airborne contaminants, including dust, pollen, mold spores, pet dander, bacteria, and asthma triggers. Nominal dimensions are 20 x 20 x 4 inches, with actual measurements of 19.58 inches high by 21.38 inches wide by 4 inches deep. The 310 is rated for a 12-month replacement interval under normal residential operating conditions, making it a once-a-year service item for most systems.

This filter is intended for use in whole-home air cleaner cabinets installed in residential forced-air HVAC systems. It mounts in-line with the return-air duct, upstream of the air handler or furnace, and works with both heating and cooling operation year-round. The 310 is a field-replaceable media cartridge serviced during routine HVAC maintenance visits. Compatible models include the APRILAIRE 1310, 2310, 3310, and 4300, as well as competitive models using the 4898 Upgrade Kit.

Installation Notes
