The APPLETON FF-200 is a 2-inch female-to-female pull elbow conduit fitting designed for use in electrical raceway systems. Pull elbows allow electricians to pull wire or cable through directional changes in a conduit run while providing access to the conductors after installation. The removable cover plate on a pull elbow makes it possible to feed wire around 90-degree bends without excessive pulling tension on the conductors. At 2.5 pounds and measuring approximately 5.5 inches by 5.3 inches by 3.5 inches, this fitting is built for standard trade installation in both new construction and retrofit conduit work.
This pull elbow is suited for 2-inch conduit runs in commercial and industrial electrical installations where a 90-degree change of direction is required. Licensed electricians use pull elbows in locations where direct wire pulling through a standard sweep elbow would create excessive conductor stress. Typical applications include exposed conduit runs in industrial facilities, commercial buildings, and utility service installations where future wire access at the elbow point is a practical requirement.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation fitting for 2-inch electrical conduit raceway systems requiring a female-to-female pull elbow at a 90-degree directional change.
Installation should be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC). De-energize all circuits in the conduit run before opening or installing the pull elbow. Ensure conduit threads are clean and properly engaged on both the female inlet and female outlet before securing the cover. Do not use the pull elbow as a junction box or splicing point; it is intended for conductor pulling access only.
