The Appleton 173FHB Gangable Square Corner Switch Box is made of steel with a 12.5 cu-in capacity and 9 knockouts. It is suitable for use with armored cable (AC), metal clad cable (MCI, MCI-A, MCS, MCC), and flexible metal conduit. The box is pre-galvanized and compliant with ARRA, Buy American Act, and RoHS.
- Acceptable for use in two-hour fire rated walls.
- Suitable for bonding without any additional bonding means where used in circuits above or below 250 VAC.
- Lox Box™ supports and adjustable plaster ears support GFCI and decorative cover plates
