The APOLLO VALVES 670750774690 is a 3-inch lug-style resilient-seated butterfly valve from the LD145 Series, designed for reliable shut-off service in industrial, commercial, HVAC, and mechanical piping systems. The body is constructed from ductile iron with an epoxy powder-coated gray finish for corrosion resistance. The disc is aluminum bronze, the stem is 416 stainless steel, and the seat is EPDM, making this valve well suited for a range of fluid handling applications. It ships as a bare stem configuration, rated for 200 CWP, and is assembled and tested in the USA. Licensed plumbers, pipefitters, and HVAC mechanical contractors are the primary installers of this valve type.
This valve is built for flanged lug-body installation between ANSI 125/150 lb flanges in a 3-inch pipe system. It is rated for service from -20 degrees F to 250 degrees F intermittent and 225 degrees F continuous, making it appropriate for hot and chilled water systems, HVAC hydronic loops, and general industrial service lines. The bare stem configuration accepts a separately sourced manual lever handle or actuator, giving installers flexibility in operator selection based on the application requirements.
Designed for installation between ANSI Class 125 and 150 lb flanges in 3-inch piping systems. Suitable for industrial, commercial, HVAC, and mechanical applications requiring a lug-style resilient-seated butterfly valve with a bare stem configuration.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or pipefitter in accordance with applicable mechanical codes. Shut off and depressurize the system completely before removing any existing valve or installing this unit. Confirm flange bolt patterns and gasket compatibility with ANSI 125/150 lb standards before proceeding. The bare stem must be fitted with an appropriately rated handle or actuator before the valve is placed in service.
