The APOLLO VALVES 670750660900 is a 1-inch standard port bronze ball valve designed for demanding fluid control applications in commercial and industrial piping systems. Built to a 600 psi working pressure rating for water, oil, and gas (WOG) and 150 psi for saturated steam service, this valve delivers reliable shutoff in high-cycle environments. The chromium-plated ball resists corrosion and wear, while MPTFE stem packing rings provide a positive, leak-resistant seal. An adjustable packing gland allows field adjustment without full disassembly. Every unit is 100 percent factory tested before shipment.
This valve is suited for residential and commercial plumbing, HVAC hydronic systems, steam distribution, compressed air, and general industrial fluid service. The heavy-pattern cast bronze body handles elevated pressures across a wide range of non-potable water, oil, and gas media. Female pipe thread (FPT) connections on both ends allow direct installation into standard threaded pipe runs. This valve is approved for non-potable water applications and is not intended for potable water service per current lead law compliance classifications.
Designed as a standard-port threaded bronze ball valve for use in non-potable water, oil, gas, and steam piping systems where a 1-inch FPT connection and 600 psi WOG pressure class are required.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or pipefitter in accordance with applicable local codes and IFGC or IPC requirements for the media being handled. Depressurize and drain the system fully before removing any existing valve or making new connections. Apply thread sealant or PTFE tape to male threads per standard practice, and tighten to a firm, wrench-tight connection without over-torquing cast fittings. Confirm the valve handle orientation aligns with flow direction before returning the system to service.
