Product Description

The APOLLO VALVES 670750654992 is a 2-piece, full-lever-handle ball valve from the Apollo 70-100 Series, rated for 600 psi cold working pressure (CWP) at standard service conditions. The bronze body provides corrosion resistance in water service applications, while the chrome-plated brass ball and nickel-plated brass stem deliver long-term cycle durability. Modified PTFE (MPTFE) and reinforced PTFE (RPTFE) softgoods seat the ball reliably across a wide temperature range up to 500 degrees F. Licensed plumbers and pipefitters install this valve where a compact, threaded shutoff is required in commercial or residential plumbing systems.

This valve is suited for water service in residential and light commercial plumbing installations. The 1-1/2 in female NPT (FNPT) end connections thread directly onto standard NPT male pipe endings, making it a direct-fit option for new construction and retrofit work. The standard port configuration and lever handle allow fast quarter-turn operation and immediate visual confirmation of open or closed status. Note that per CA AB1953, this valve is not approved for use in potable drinking water service.

Installation Notes
