The APOLLO VALVES 670750447419 is a 6-inch flanged gate valve from the 6GA Series, designed for full-bore isolation service in commercial and industrial piping systems. The body is cast iron with brass and cast bronze trim, and graphite packing for reliable sealing across a wide service range. It carries a 125 psi pressure rating at a 125 lb pressure class and handles flow rates up to 3176 GPM. A handwheel actuator provides manual open and close control. The valve is manufactured in the USA and suited for use by licensed plumbers, pipefitters, and mechanical contractors working on large-diameter water, HVAC, and utility distribution systems.
This valve is used in 6-inch flanged piping systems in commercial, municipal, and industrial applications. Its operating temperature range of -20 to 406 degrees F makes it appropriate for chilled water, hot water, and general service lines. The flanged end style allows direct bolted installation to mating ANSI flanges without threading or welding on the valve body itself. Top-to-inlet-center measurement of 32.87 inches should be accounted for during stem clearance planning in tight mechanical rooms or pipe chases.
This valve is identified under alternative part number 611F and is designed as an OEM-style flanged gate valve for 6-inch piping systems operating within 125 lb ANSI pressure class service conditions.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or pipefitter in accordance with applicable mechanical codes including the IPC and ASME B16.1 flanged joint standards. Depressurize and drain the system completely before removing or installing the valve. Verify flange bolt pattern and gasket compatibility with the mating flanges before assembly. Do not use the handwheel as a lever or apply extensions to the wheel — doing so can damage the stem or packing.
