The APOLLO VALVES 3313401 is a Class 125 bronze globe valve designed for flow regulation in plumbing, heating, and building service piping systems. Part of the Apollo 33 Series, this valve is cast, machined, assembled, and tested in South Carolina, making it a domestic-manufactured alternative to imported multi-turn valves. It features a 3/4-inch female NPT (FNPT) connection on both ends, a screw-in bonnet, and adjustable graphite stem packing for reliable, leak-resistant service. The malleable iron hand wheel provides a rugged grip for manual operation. Installation is handled by licensed plumbers and pipefitters working on commercial or residential systems.
This globe valve is suited for residential and commercial plumbing and hydronic heating applications where precise flow throttling or shutoff is required. The 3/4-inch FNPT configuration makes it a common fit for building service piping, boiler supply and return lines, and general water distribution. Its dezincification-resistant bronze construction helps maintain integrity in potable and non-potable water systems. ARRA compliance makes it eligible for federally funded projects where domestic manufacturing requirements apply.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation globe valve for Class 125 bronze valve applications using 3/4-inch female NPT connections in plumbing and heating piping systems.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or pipefitter in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and ASME B16.15 standards. Isolate and depressurize the system fully before installing or servicing this valve. Apply thread sealant or PTFE tape to male threads per standard practice, and verify flow direction markings on the valve body before making final connections. Do not use the valve for gases or steam service unless verified against the published pressure-temperature rating for the intended medium.
